BuildKitSM is a web-based, collaborative authoring tool that enables non-programmers to quickly and easily develop online courses, tests, quizzes, surveys and evaluations. ePath Learning offers BuildKit as a standalone, hosted-software service, and as a component of ePath Learning's iLMS, LCMS and eTest platform products - ASAP+, ASAP and ASSESS, respectively. As a web service, BuildKit is accessed with a standard web browser, and there is no software to download or plug-ins to install. It is immediately available to your “Builders” - subject matter experts, instructional designers, graphic artists, etc. - wherever they can access the Web.
Now Anyone Can Develop eLearning!
BuildKit's predefined screen templates are designed specifically for developing effective eLearning content. If you can use PowerPoint™, then you are skilled enough to build eLearning content with BuildKit's screen templates. If you are an advanced user, BuildKit also accepts Flash, HTML and Javascript for sophisticated screen designs.
BuildKit also provides a library of graphic images, an upload function for importing proprietary multimedia, and automated test, quiz, survey and evaluation building capabilities. Content is organized as “topics”, which are stored in BuildKit's database for easy search and reuse when developing other courses.
