Ms. Wojtkun leads ePath Learning's Pro-Services team, providing clients with professional learning services ranging from defining key competencies and skill gap analysis, through the developing custom online courses, to measuring overall learning effectiveness.
In her role as Director of Pro-Services, she manages the development of web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), performance support systems (PPS), as well as blended solutions (e.g., a combination of technology-based training, leader-led, electronic performance support, structured on-job training, videotape, coaching). Her experience spans over 25 years with proven success as a project manager/program manager for Interactive Media Corporation and most recently Pearson. Her work includes both government and commercial projects with clients that include the United States Navy, Coast Guard, NYNEX, and MassMutual.
