Why are we doing this?

A Personal Note - Why are we doing this?

Hi, I’m Steven Morse, Director of Pro-ServicesSM  at ePath Learning.  The “Learn To Fish” service is my not-so-crazy idea.  You may be wondering why I would want to offer our custom courseware development secrets rather than try to get your development business for my team to work on.  It’s because ePath Learning’s business philosophy is to EMPOWER people like you to do it themselves.  We believe that the more successful you are using our software tools to produce effective courses and tests, the more successful all of us will be.  I see it this way: the best fishing rod in the world is useless to you if you don’t know how to properly bait the hook.

If you’ve seen a demonstration of ePath Learning's ASAP+, you know our tool is easy to use.  But what if you believe all the media hype about how complicated it is to produce your own courses?  You won’t use the tool!

Maybe my past experience as a high school teacher makes me biased, but I honestly believe that with the proper instruction, anyone can learn to do almost anything, including producing an instructionally sound on-line learning course.

Now maybe your first course won’t have interactions that can compete with a video game, and maybe it won’t be as interesting a read as the latest bestseller, but it will put the information that's needed, in front of the people who need it, while it is still needed.

I can tell you it is tremendously gratifying to take someone through the steps to creating their own course and watching their confidence grow as they see that there isn’t really any “magic” in developing web-based training.  I encourage you to contact us today, to find out how to take the first steps to creating your own course.
Now let's go fishing!
