ManageKit^SM Overview

The ManageKit™ component of our products does just what you might think: it provides you with a tool kit to successfully manage your online university. This includes adding or removing users, setting user privileges, authorizing the publishing of courses, and accessing management reports. ManageKit provides complete control to the manager, plus the ability to delegate a portion or all of that control to selected users.

The feature set includes:

Feature	Benefit
User Management	Allows authorized users to add/edit or delete Builders and Learners. User attributes such as Job Code or Cost Center and systems access authorities can also be set.
Publishing	Authorized users can publish or “unpublish” courses on the WBTcampus.com site. This assures you that only authorized courses are available to learners.
Management Reports	Provides access to a variety of management reports. Reports can be dynamically sorted as desired and printed from the web browser.
Class Management	Allows authorized users to schedule classes, register learners for classes, record attendance and more.
Account Status	Provides immediate access to your Current Account Status Report, which displays your current payment amount due, and your Account History Report, which provides account information for the last 12-months.
