Senior Instructional Systems Designer

ePath Learning, Inc. is an on-demand learning solutions company.  We are an original developer of state-of-the-art, "software as a service" tools that empower organizations to build, deliver and manage eLearning applications such as Web Based Training courses, Performance Support Systems, online tests or their own online universities. Job Description:

The successful candidate will develop eLearning applications for our customers using ePath Learning ASAP+^SM, our browser-based, eLearning authoring, management, and delivery tool.  He/she will serve as the lead designer on assigned tasks.  Activities will include analyzing customer requirements, collecting data, designing eLearning solutions, storyboarding, writing, performing quality assurance reviews and making corrections.  He/she will work with media developers such as graphic artists, narrators, etc.  Additional responsibilities include:

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least 5-years demonstrable experience in Instructional Systems Design, of which at least 2-years was in design of online multimedia solutions.  Project coordination experience is useful, but not a requirement.
